1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This role offers up to $22.00 per hour and various work schedules. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team and management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product for quality and safety.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ergonomic practices.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
