1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties to ensure efficient operations and order fulfillment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills and communication abilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Physical stamina to perform various tasks in different temperatures.
