1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, you will contribute to maintaining our high standards of safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team.
• Provide input to improve processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report quality or safety issues.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
