Job Description

Aldi is looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join their team on a full-time basis. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and escalate issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 to work at Aldi.
• Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with a team.
• Ability to adapt to change and demonstrate resilience.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.
• Basic arithmetic and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
