1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, handling incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and sanitation tasks.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and escalate issues to management.
• Follow safety guidelines and operate equipment efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
