1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi on a full-time basis. The average work hours range from 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties such as receiving stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning to meet safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate within designated area responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budget goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
