Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for shipment in our fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
