1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi with a starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour. As a valuable team member, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving and selecting incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and uphold quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
