Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Starting Wage: Up to $22.75 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift - 8:00 AM start time
• Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock accurately.
• Organize merchandise within the warehouse for efficient handling.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
