1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for shipment to our stores. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and support budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing environments.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating industrial equipment.
