1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations are vital in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores, providing our customers with exceptional products. This position is part-time, with fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining warehouse standards, optimizing processes, and contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise according to warehouse guidelines, including sorting, organizing, and loading for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment safely. Must be comfortable working in varying temperatures and environments.
