Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing merchandise efficiently, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to achieving operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and follow instructions.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
