Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a crucial member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing orders for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, reporting concerns to management.
• Act independently within delegated responsibilities and assist in achieving goals.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
