Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving, relocating, sorting, and preparing merchandise for shipment within our warehouse. Your attention to detail, ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, and commitment to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Follow safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Requirements
