1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving stock to fulfill store orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, and cooperating with peers and leadership to improve warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adaptable to challenges and changes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
