Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse's cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
