Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Type: Full-Time

Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Starting Wage: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean warehouse, participate in inventory counts, and communicate effectively.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Interpret company policies, good communication skills, basic arithmetic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, operate equipment, work in varying temperatures.
