1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our ideal candidate will thrive in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments, completing tasks with attention to detail and following safety procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report quality or safety concerns.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 45 pounds
• Perform tasks in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment
