We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a valued team member, you will be responsible for efficient stock management, organization, loading and unloading of merchandise, warehouse cleaning, inventory counts, and communication within the warehouse environment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise based on guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and support budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
