1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for a variety of duties such as selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist in inventory counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
