1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour based on the shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide feedback to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
