Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Effectively communicate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaborative teamwork.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 45 pounds of product.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
