1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to achieving warehouse goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills to support warehouse productivity.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and physical environments.
