1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores efficiently. The position is part-time, offering fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and placing products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Standing, bending, reaching, and walking in various temperatures.
