1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of $20.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate with colleagues and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback on process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates quality, safety, and collaborative behaviors.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to organize, execute efficiently, and communicate effectively.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
