Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. Our ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. You will receive comprehensive training and access to a safety program to support your success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
