Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As part of the warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring efficient operations and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
