1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This is a full-time position with up to 35 hours per week and starting wages ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on the shift.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
