1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week and a competitive starting wage ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties such as selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting, loading, and unloading shipments.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and raise concerns as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
