Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI team. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Operate equipment safely and contribute to achieving warehouse goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, work in varying temperatures, and operate equipment.
