Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a full-time team member, you will play a key role in efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with peers and leadership. If you are detail-oriented, able to work independently and in a team, and have a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Capacity to work in varying temperatures.
