Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered accurately to our stores. Working less than 30 hours per week, you will be part of a team that values hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and management to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be required to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
