Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join Aldi, a leading retail company. This role involves working 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Clean and ensure warehouse appearance standards.
- Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and safety.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
