Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. As an essential team member, you will collaborate effectively, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to the overall efficiency of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety issues.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds at varying heights.
• Work in different temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
