1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join Aldi's team. As a Full-Time employee, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Collaborate with warehouse management to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
• Follow company policies and procedures accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and communicate effectively.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
