1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at ALDI. As a key member of the warehouse operation, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including receiving and organizing stock, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Skills in communication, basic arithmetic, and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
