1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating with the warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform warehouse cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
