2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Clean and maintain the warehouse to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
