Job Description

Aldi is seeking a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a warehouse associate, you will be responsible for various duties including stocking, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. The position requires physical agility and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and conditions.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
