2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with peers and supervisors effectively. The role requires physical ability to lift and move products, operate equipment safely, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and maintain warehouse standards.
• Inspect product quality and safety issues.
• Follow ergonomic and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment.
