We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise within the warehouse, contributing to the success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines to optimize warehouse space.
• Load, unload, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and contribute to process improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Basic arithmetic skills and the capability to operate warehouse equipment.
