2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. This position offers up to $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule, with opportunities for growth and development within the organization. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in receiving and organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and ensuring timely deliveries to stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Suggest improvements in processes to enhance warehouse operations.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical stamina to lift objects up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
