Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at ALDI. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining warehouse standards.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 30-35 hours per week
• Starting Wage: Up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate warehouse equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
