Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing orders, and maintaining warehouse standards for a seamless operation.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock, relocate merchandise, and prepare shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties, conduct inventory counts, and collaborate effectively within the team.
• Inspect product quality, adhere to safety guidelines, and contribute to process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and the ability to follow instructions.
