We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse is a crucial part of our operation, ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our customers. This role involves working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, and we provide comprehensive training to equip our associates with the necessary skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
