Join our team at Aldi as a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will play a critical part in our warehouse operations ensuring that products are properly received, selected, and delivered to our stores. As a warehouse associate, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, providing both flexibility and a competitive salary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise ensuring warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership to improve processes.
• Operate equipment and maintain safety and quality standards.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Collaborative, positive attitude, resilient, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organizes and executes tasks.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, and follow instructions.
• Works well independently and within a team environment.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold, and safely operate powered industrial equipment.
