Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join the ALDI team. This full-time position offers an average of 45 hours per week with a starting salary of $85,000 per year. As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with company guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules considering warehouse needs.
• Coordinate job activities and tasks of direct reports.
• Oversee daily receiving and shipping of products.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage direct reports and evaluate work performance.
