2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

Aldi is currently looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join their team. This is a full-time position offering 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
