Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi, assisting in efficient product handling and delivery processes. This part-time role offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a competitive starting wage of $25.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in receiving and selecting stock, organizing and loading merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Handle merchandise relocation and preparation for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to enhance warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic and communication skills required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Frequent movement throughout the warehouse in varying temperatures.
• Proper operation of powered industrial equipment.
