2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders
• Strategically relocate merchandise within the warehouse
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse
